Marco Tietze founded the company in 2004 after training as a chef and working in fine dining. He personally oversees every booking and puts the focus on fresh, regional ingredients and creative menu design. The team plans and caters weddings for 20 to 200 guests and travels anywhere in Switzerland to do it.
The offering spans an apero riche with canapes all the way to a full multi-course seated dinner.
