EHG Traiteur

EHG Traiteur is the catering arm of the Ecole Hôtelière de Genève and runs weddings in Geneva and around Lake Geneva. It serves everything from buffets to seated dinners, with a welcome apéro and canapés as a standard part of the offering. The kitchen works seasonally and draws on the hotel school's teaching repertoire.

Lauriane Loursel is the contact for weddings, handling events as the person responsible for functions. The group also runs the restaurants Vieux Bois and Le Trinquet in Geneva, which points to broad kitchen experience at the upper end of the market. The team works with a "vin d'honneur" as the classic opening element before the meal itself.
