The fleet consists of three restored vintage trucks and two smokers. One of the smokers is a converted Primus fire engine and turns heads accordingly. Franky's sources its meat through Schweizer Fleisch, meaning controlled Swiss origin. Anyone who doesn't want meat will find veggie burgers on the menu too.
Alongside classic barbecue, there are international options on offer, including Mexican tacos, Thai influenced dishes, and crêpes and coffee to finish. The trucks travel to garden and barn weddings in Basel, Liestal and Reinach, and the team handles planning and setup on site from start to finish.
