NYERS Vegane Torten Zürich

NYERS is Viktoria's cake atelier in Zurich, specializing in raw vegan wedding cakes. All the cakes are free of dairy, eggs, gluten, soy and preservatives, and are made without any heat treatment. Natural sweeteners replace refined sugar. Before working in Zurich, Viktoria spent ten years in haute cuisine kitchens in Budapest.

The flavor range runs from Snickers and Ultimate Chocolate to poppy seed-lemon and mango cheesecake, all the way to coconut-pineapple and chestnut-plum. Alongside wedding cakes, NYERS also offers cupcakes and what she calls rawnies. Tastings are available, as are deliveries in and around Zurich and bulk orders for cafes or shops.
