Katharina Steiner completed dual training as a pastry chef and textile designer, and it shows in how she approaches wedding cakes. The mix of hands-on precision and a designer's eye shapes every one of her desserts. The studio is located at Maihofstrasse 57 in Lucerne.
She uses seasonal ingredients, sourced directly from regional farms wherever possible and organic in quality. Natural flavorings are used throughout. Alongside wedding cakes, the range includes mini desserts, cupcake towers, party cakes and baking events for groups.
