Sophie Yanes works out of Lutry near Lausanne and delivers wedding cakes to the Lausanne, Neuchatel and Fribourg regions. She completed the Grand Diploma in Professional Cake Design and Sugarcraft at the Peggy Porschen Academy in London and also teaches baking classes through Ecole Club Migros for the cantons of Vaud and Neuchatel.
