Desserttraum is the atelier of Yvonne Niederberger in Emmenbrücke near Lucerne. She makes custom wedding cakes in three styles, naked cakes with fresh flowers, classic fondant cakes with fresh flowers, and tiered cakes with handmade wafer-paper flowers. Every cake is a one-off, planned in a personal conversation.
Tastings take place at the atelier. Delivery to Lucerne is set at a flat rate; for addresses further out, the delivery price gets agreed together during the tasting. Alongside wedding cakes, Yvonne Niederberger also offers cupcakes, dessert buffets, and cake and cupcake courses. For couples with special diets, there are vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free options.
