Kartause Ittingen is a former Carthusian monastery in Thurgau, now run by the Stiftung Kartause Ittingen foundation. The grounds include cloisters, gardens and historic buildings that provide the setting for weddings both outdoors and in covered spaces. For outdoor ceremonies, an orchard with around 150 apple trees seats up to 60 people on benches; the adjoining meadows offer space for larger groups.

The attached hotel has several room categories, from single rooms to a historic monk's cell, providing overnight options right on the monastery grounds. The in-house kitchen bakes bread daily in a wood-fired oven and uses produce from its own farm. The grounds are also said to hold the largest historic rose garden in Switzerland, along with a thyme labyrinth and a hop garden.
